The Need For Exercise

If you knew that one simple thing could lower the risk of death by 30% would you do it?

This one simple thing is called exercising!

Did you know that not exercising at all could have worse health outcomes than obesity?

As we all know, exercising has many benefits but what not everyone knows is that not exercising at all can be twice as deadly as obesity. Any exercise is better than none, even going for a walk on your lunch break. A simple exercise can reduce the chances of an early death and keep you healthier than you ever were before. Even those who are thin and seem to be in shape need to exercise to maintain a healthy body just as much as those who are overweight. Putting an end to not exercising at all can save twice as many lives as putting an end to obesity. We need to focus on motivating ourselves to exercise just as much as we motivate those who are obese. Increasing physical activity by just 20 minutes a day not only lowers your risk for an early death but can also make you feel healthier and better about yourself. If you burn 90-110 calories a day, you will be sure to notice a difference in how you feel and how you feel in years to come. Our bones and muscles are made to move and by doing that we keep them healthy. Not only does exercising keep your bones and muscles healthy, it also builds your immune system, increases your mental function, and gives you more energy than you had before. In a much greater sense, exercising reduces your chances of developing diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

With all that being said, it is time to get up and get healthy!
